Develop a love for reading from infancy with delightful board books
from Raincoast Books.
My girls love books! I still have the yellow bookcase that my mom had when she was a child and many of the books my sisters and I had as kids. I can still remember sitting on my granddad's lap as he read some of them to me. Now we have all the books we've collected over the years since my own girls were born. Newly added to our collection are some adorable new board books from Raincoast Books. Even though my girls are a little older, I love having these books for the little ones in my home daycare and to have on hand when my niece and nephew are over for a visit. Take a look at what we got!
Peek-A-Zoo!

Daddy Wrong Legs is so much fun! Every daddy is different and children can mix and match the split pages to create a a variety of fun mismatched daddy animals. Give the frog daddy elephant legs, the octopus daddy dog legs, and the gorilla daddy daddy log long legs legs! LOL. It's so silly, your kids will be in stitches!
I also love how this book highlights the relationship between father and child. I love watching my my kids play and cuddle with their dad. This is a great book for dads to cuddle up on the couch with little one and share some giggles together.

These books are so adorable! Each one is two books in one with the little book nestled inside the bigger book. Turn the pages to match the baby animals to their parents. The kids and I really love the colourful illustrations in these books and like with Daddy Wrong Legs enjoy the parent child relationship featured within it's pages. I will mention that these 3 books can be somewhat more fragile than the others due to it's design so you may want to look at these books along with your child if they tend to be a little rough on books. They are wonderful books though and the kids absolutely love them!
