DK Canada ~ Smithsonian Super Nature Encyclopedia {REVIEW} Last chance to save 30% on this and other titles in the Gift Boutique!

I've mentioned it before and I'll say it again, my girls LOVE everything to do with animals and nature and Smithsonian Super Nature Encyclopedia is one of their absolute favourite books! Animals are just so fascinating and fun to learn about. We love trips to the zoo and nature programs on TV. What some animals are able to do is just amazing. My daughters love the Basilisk Lizard because of it's ability to run across water. I love just hearing my 4 year old say it's name. It's too cute. So they were very pleased to see a full 2 page colour layout of the Basilisk Lizard with an awesome picture of the him running on water. The pictures in this book are amazing. Some pictures even show the structure of the animal under the skin like with the Cheetah pictured on the front cover.

Smithsonian Super Nature Encyclopedia is almost like a book of world records examining the 100 most incredible creatures on the planet. Do you know who is the largest largest land carnivore? What is the most poisonous animal? Which animal has the longest hibernation? Did you know that the largest crab has a leg span of up to 12 feet! My daughter refuses to believe it, lol.  We love this book. It has so many amazing facts and it's a great addition to our homeschooling library.

Right now Smithsonian Super Nature Encyclopedia is among the 60 titles available in the Gift Boutique at 30% off the regular price. I was given the opportunity to review 4 of these books. Take a look at my reviews for Outside in Human Body,  Canadian Gardener's Guide, and Smithsonian Animal
