Survival Series Week #2 Giveaway - Dehydrating! US - 11/9

Welcome to week #2 in our Survival Series of Giveaways!

Snack Master Express Food Dehydrator
Krazy Clippers and our featured sponsor, Copy-Kids are exploring different ways in which we can be more prepared for unexpected events. Last week in our Survival Series we showcased Canning as a means of food preservation and storage. I would love to try that. This week we are featuring an even simpler way to preserve foods -- Food Dehydration. My parents used to have a dehydrator and we LOVED making apple chips! Yummy! Food dehydration is one of the oldest and easiest methods of preserving foods. You really don't need many skills to pull this one off... just the right equipment! You can find out more about Food Dehydration here! Pinterest is also a great place to find ideas for foods you can dehydrate. Here are a few boards to check out: Dehydrating Foods and Food Dehydrating. What a simple way to store away healthy food for a rainy day!!
